To spice up the week, we had a mexican night get together on Monday, went to Christiana on Tuesday and went out on Wednesday night to celebrate Meg's birthday. On Tuesday, we *did* Christiana and then continued to Copenhagen Street Food for some duck fat fries and lo mein (classic christiana??) Wednesday was an incredible night. First- we hit Mother in the meat packing district for some amazing pizza. Mine was all tomato with rucola and a ball of burrata and I paired it with a home brewed pilsner. Afterwards, I packed for London as my flight was in the morning and pregamed with Meg. I wasn't planning on going out as I had to be up at 6:45am but I ended up going downtown to a bar. Although I knew I was kind of leading myself to a rough morning, I had an incredible night out.

First Week of Class
From the first week of class, I have determined that my occupation this semester is full-time Dane, part-time Euro adventurer and minimal-time student. I'm not sure if it is how school is structured here, but there is minimal effort involved until written hand-ins and oral examinations. All of this is totally cool with me. I'm pretty optimistic with the outlook of my classes as I know I made the right decision to take general business courses abroad because the lack of interest I have in these topics are made up by the minimal effort involved in doing well in class. This could all be bullshit right and I could be underestimating it all but we'll see.
